Pay at Time of Service Payments are due before or at the start of each session. 

If a balance becomes outstanding, tutoring sessions will be placed on pause until payment is made in full.

Advance Notice Cancellations
To provide the best possible service, we ask that cancellations be made as far in advance as possible.

 

Sessions can be canceled without penalty or rescheduled if a mutually convenient date and time can be agreed upon.

Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge for the full session.

Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur. Each student is allowed one "free" last-minute cancellation each semester.

Fall Semester: August 1 through December 31

Spring Semester: January 1 through June 30  Summer Semester: June 1 through August 31
